Additional Charges

  • Extra Time: If your issue requires more time than allocated in the initial ticket (up to 4 hours), we will inform you in advance and charge an additional hourly rate of $100/hour for any extra time required.
  • Complexity of Issue: For highly complex issues that require specialized expertise or on-site intervention, additional charges may apply. We will notify you before proceeding with any extra costs.

Ticket Expiration

  • Validity Period: Each One-Time Support Ticket is valid for 30 days from the purchase date. If the ticket is not used within this period, it will expire and no longer be redeemable.

  • Single Issue: Each One-Time Support Ticket is valid for a single IT issue. If your issue requires more than one intervention or ticket, additional tickets will need to be purchased.

  • Time Limit: The ticket is valid for up to 4 hours of support. For issues that may take longer to resolve, we will notify you beforehand and request approval for additional time at an agreed-upon rate.

  • Scope of Support: This ticket can be used for a wide range of IT issues, such as troubleshooting, software installation, minor repairs, network configuration, or device setup. For more complex projects, such as infrastructure setup or large-scale migrations, a customized service package is recommended.

  • Priority Handling: One-Time Support Tickets are prioritized based on availability and urgency, but please note that they may not receive the same immediate response as clients with ongoing service packages.

  • No Long-Term Commitment: This service is for businesses that need short-term assistance without the commitment of a full-service package.
